Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a passionate Interior Designer who understands that good design is not just about beauty, but also about empathy, precision, and execution.In this role, you’ll transform ideas into tangible spaces. From crafting design concepts and preparing detailed drawings to collaborating with our build team on-site, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ vision to life with the signature L&Co. touch: refined, thoughtful, and beautifully built.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with the client’s vision and L&Co.’s design values.Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate design implementation with the project and construction team.Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings with a strong sense of aesthetics and practicality.Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the design–build process.Support project progress from design development to site supervision when needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.Minimum 4 years of working experience in an Interior Design company (Interior Design & Build company is a plus)Skilled in preparing detailed drawings and coordinating design ideas with the construction team.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design programs.Good understanding of materials, detailing, and how to calculate quantities.Strong design taste, with sensitivity to proportion, color, and overall composition.Strong leadership skill with highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willing to work in Klender, East Jakarta.
