We are now leveraging this momentum to make yfood a truly global brand — expanding across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and soon the US.As a Senior International Strategy & Expansion Manager, you will be part of the team driving yfood’s global growth and establishing the brand in new markets. Working closely with the Head of International Expansion, you will take on early ownership of individual markets — from strategic development and operational rollout to full P&L responsibility.You will shape yfood’s international strategy — from market analysis & pricing strategies to business case modeling, bringing structure and insight into every growth decision.Also, you will collaborate with distributors and local partners to build new markets, ensure sustainable growth, and strengthen yfood’s global presence.Your ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of market expansion and day-to-day operations in close alignment with the Head of International ExpansionDevelop go-to-market strategies and identify, evaluate, and onboard local distribution partnersBuild scalable structures and processes to support international growthSupport negotiations, contract development, and commercial (P&L) steering Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product) to ensure smooth market launchesConduct ongoing market analyses, evaluate performance data, prepare reports and derive strategic & actionable recommendationsWhat We OfferThe opportunity to actively shape yfood’s international expansion and take ownership of your own marketsA steep learning curve in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentDirect collaboration with experienced senior leaders and international partnersAn open company culture with flat hierarchies and quick decision-makingLong-term growth and career development opportunities within our international businessIn a NutshellThis role is perfect for someone with a consulting background who thrives on structure and analysis — but is now ready to build something from the ground up.
