Senior IT Business Analyst

Job ResponsibilitiesLiaise with stakeholders to collect, refine, and validate business and functional requirements.Translate business processes into user stories, process flows, and BRDs for development teams.Work with product owners to prioritize and prepare sprints ensuring alignment with business goals.Overseeing the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements to ensure they are complete, clear, and aligned with business needs.Develop business requirement document and Functional specification.Design system workflow and use case design to make sure the functional spec is aligned with the business requirement.Defining project scope and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to optimize business operations.Ensuring that all business analysis deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred), Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus3+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownershipExposure to mobile app and web-based product developmentHands-on experience working with developers, QA, and stakeholders in agile teamsExperience preparing business requirement documents (BRDs) and wireframes.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile deliveryAbility to translate business needs into detailed functional requirementsFamiliarity with digital banking, financial flows, or fintech product workflowsCompetent in process modeling using tools like BPMN or UML
