At CCDS, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior IT & Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is intended for a dedicated professional who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy. As a Senior IT & Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer, you will engage directly with potential clients, understanding their specific needs and crafting customized solutions that leverage our cutting-edge cybersecurity products and services. Your contribution will be crucial in driving sales success and building lasting relationships with our clients.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with account executives to align technical solutions with client requirementsConduct thorough assessments of client IT environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend tailored security solutionsDeliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our solutionsCreate detailed technical proposals and responses to RFPs that effectively communicate our value propositionAddress technical inquiries from clients and provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practicesMaintain strong relationships with partners and vendors to remain informed on market trendsWork with engineering and product development teams to ensure that client needs are communicated and addressedStay up-to-date on industry developments and threats to enhance our capabilities and offeringsAssist in drafting case studies and other technical documentation to showcase our successful implementationsSupport account managers in developing strategic plans for existing clientsCollaborate on customer success strategies to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementationMentor junior team members and provide technical training as neededRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role focused on IT and cybersecurity solutionsStrong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and practicesExceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical information for non-technical audiencesProven experience in engaging with clients to understand their needs and propose effective solutionsRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionExperience with major cybersecurity products and platforms (e.g., firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, identity management)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and support sales activitiesWhy Join CCDS?
