Senior IT Executive

We’re hiring: Senior IT Executive (Facilities) – Malaysia (Mid–Senior)Own and elevate our IT backbone—networks, servers, security, and critical systems—while partnering closely with Facilities (PABX, CCTV, access control, event setups).What you’ll doLead day-to-day IT operations and align tech initiatives to business goals.Drive security & compliance: hardening, EDR/MDM, backups, access controls.Design, deploy, and optimize systems and platforms; evaluate new tech.Act as L2/L3 escalation; mentor junior IT staff and improve SLAs/MTTR.Manage infrastructure: servers, networks, endpoints, PABX, CCTV, access control.Own DR/BCP: backup strategy, restore testing, minimal downtime.Administer identity & access across platforms (accounts, permissions).Handle vendors: procurement, contracts, performance.Build policies, SOPs, and accurate IT asset/config documentation.Support event/meeting setups with the Facilities team when needed.What you’ll bringBachelor’s in CS/IT (advanced certs a plus).3–5+ years managing IT infra/services in a similar role.Strong networking & OS fundamentals (switching/VLANs/VPN/Wi-Fi; Windows/macOS).Security mindset (MFA/SSO, patching, EDR/MDM, backups, PDPA/ISO awareness).Proven L2/L3 troubleshooting, project delivery, and stakeholder communication.Leadership and mentoring experience; solid documentation habits.
