The Senior IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, offering technical support, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, and system issues effectivelyExperience in Network Administration, including the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of networksComprehensive understanding of Information Technology principles and IT Operations managementStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with teams and independently as neededBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldCertifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or relevant qualifications are a plus
