This role is ideal for professionals experienced in building high-performing IT teams, identifying and nurturing technical talent, and promoting a culture aligned with organizational values.You’ll act as a key HR partner for our technical departments, leading workforce planning, recruitment, performance development, and cultural initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment.What You’ll Do:Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for IT roles, including job descriptions, interviews, and hiring decisions.Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and professional networking.Partner with senior IT leadership to develop long-term talent and succession plans.Guide structured onboarding processes for new tech hires.Promote and develop the organizational culture within IT, supporting diverse, cross-functional, and multigenerational teams.Manage HR case handling in the IT area, including performance and disciplinary issues.Design and lead performance review programs and goal-setting frameworks.Coach IT managers on feedback and employee development.Design HR strategies to address key talent gaps and promote upskilling and growth.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through open communication and employee recognition.Mediate employee conflicts and promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability.Lead cross-functional initiatives for team building and organizational cohesion.Identify skill gaps and lead learning and development programs.Support career pathing and leadership development for technical staff.Design and implement an internship program focused on attracting young talent in STEM fields.Recommend competitive benefits programs suited for tech professionals.Maintain accurate employee records and support HR-related audits.Manage HRIS platforms and drive adoption of digital HR tools.What You Bring:5+ years of experience in HR roles supporting technical areas.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Strong understanding of IT/Software industry dynamics, including agile environments.Proven ability to work with diverse IT teams (developers, support, PMs).Ability to thrive in a scaling organization with evolving processes and priorities.Strategic thinking combined with hands-on HR execution.Fluent in Spanish and English.HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.Experience in multicultural work environments.Key Soft Skills:Strong credibility with both technical and administrative stakeholders.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.Emotional intelligence for effective conflict resolution.Clear and assertive communication across all levels.Self-direction and initiative in HR program design and execution.If you are passionate about bridging HR strategy with IT talent development and want to be part of a fast-growing, international team, we’d love to hear from you.
