We value diverse perspectives and believe that different experiences and approaches strengthen our team and drive innovation.What You'll DoAs the key owner of our IT systems, you will not only manage and maintain critical infrastructure but also drive cybersecurity strategy and implementation to protect our connected industrial ecosystem from evolving threats. You will work alongside teams to harden our critical IT systems and data services whilst guiding the company and teams on regulatory cybersecurity directives and compliance standards.Critical infrastructureOwn the end-to-end IT vulnerability management. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and contributing to the technical design and remediation needed across all servers, cloud environments, and connected devices.Manage and administrate the infrastructure critical for both development and operation services including critical server infrastructure, virtual environments, and data assets.Integrate critical security controls into our continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, ensuring the development and deployment environments (e.g. GitLab, Azure) are protected and compliant.Ensure adherence to secure paradigms e.g. Zero Trust Segmentation principles.Automate IT operations essentials and configuration management.Lead and collaborate to implement robust security features for firmware integrity, encryption, and continuous effective anti-circumvention measures to protect product licensing and IP of the ecosystem.Guidance and ComplianceEnsure the security measures and configurations for our devices meet or bridge with industrial standards, including IEC 62443 or similar, specifically defining the technical requirements for hardened industrial computing solutions for appropriate security levels.Collaborate and drive continuous implementation and practical aspects of technical requirements mandated by the NIS2 Directive, relevant parts of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and/or other applicable directives e.g. Radio Equipment Directive (RED), ensuring the ecosystem is audit-ready.Produce clear and practical, engineering-focused documentation necessary for compliance and certification efforts.Proactively partner with lead developers and engineering teams, offering hands-on technical guidance on secure coding practices and system resilience, thereby embedding security without becoming a roadblock for productivity and our business.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an experienced IT and DevOps professional who shares our passion for innovation and intelligent systems with a desire to be influential and create daily impact!
