With nearly 15 years of experience our team has a deep understanding of our clients domains and is able to apply cutting edge technology to solve their problems.What your tasks will beManage the entire project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope.Work closely with clients to gather, define, and document project requirements.Estimate effort and budget projects based on client needs and technical constraints.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project.Coordinate tasks, resources and timelines across cross-functional teams.Track progress, manage deadlines and project milestones and ensure high-quality delivery.Lead discussions and negotiate timelines, scope and costs with customers when necessary.Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops with both clients and internal teams.Monitor progress, milestones, and risks. Take proactive steps to resolve issues and maintain momentum and alignment.Evaluate completed projects, gather feedback and contribute to process improvements.What we're looking forProven experience (5+ years) as a Senior IT Project Manager managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.Strong background in requirements engineering, with the ability to gather, define and budget client requirements into clear project roadmaps.A confident communicator who can advise customers, navigate negotiations and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Deep understanding of both classic (waterfall) and agile project methodologies and when to use them.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources and optimize team performance.Hands-on experience managing project budgets and resource planning.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proactive mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and a knack for turning challenges into solutions.Experience working in bilingual (German/English) project environments is required you must be fluent in both languages.Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI, Scrum, etc.) are a plus.We offerPayment - At OpenResearch we strive to unite the best minds under one roof.
