THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and transformation projects that support business growth and operational resilience. You will act as a key liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully—on time, within scope, and on budget. OPPORTUNITIES You will Oversee multiple concurrent infrastructure projects covering data center operations, cloud migrations, network modernization, security upgrades, and end-user technology. Lead project planning, governance, execution, and delivery across the full lifecycle—from initiation to closure. Translate business strategies and technology requirements into actionable project roadmaps and delivery plans. Define and maintain project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring effective utilization of internal and external teams. Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across projects and programs, implementing proactive mitigation and escalation strategies. Coordinate with infrastructure, operations, and security teams to ensure solution design and delivery meet technical standards and compliance requirements. Oversee vendor and partner engagement, including contract management, deliverable tracking, and performance evaluation. Ensure alignment with IT governance, cybersecurity, and change management processes. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Contribute to the strategic direction of the PMO and support the definition of enterprise-wide best practices. SkillsYou should have Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is an advantage. 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure or technology transformation projects. Strong technical understanding of networks, servers, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), storage, virtualization, and IT security. Proven track record of delivering multi-phase, cross-regional, or enterprise-level initiatives. Expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL). Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools as Jira and Confluence Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management and business value. Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
