They operate throughout Germany serving a wide range of clients, including large enterprises and organizations with complex IT needs and provides modern IT infrastructures and scalable cloud solutions, such as SAP and AI, customized to clients’ requirements.We’re expanding the IT Service Management team with a new role which is critical to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our SACM processes and CMDB structures across multiple enterprise environments.Senior ITSM Specialist – SACM / CMDB (ServiceNow)Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT Service Management with a focus on SACMDeep expertise in ServiceNow, especially in: CMDB architecture and design, BMC Discovery integration, CMDB reporting and data modellingProven experience with ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 standards and audit preparationStrong understanding of ITIL best practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in German and English (written and spoken)Hybrid work arrangement: Our employees primarily work remotely.
