We offer standardized transport as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions to customers in a wide range of industries globally.DHL Global Forwarding – Algeria has an opening for a SENIOR IT SUPPORT where you will support to develop and administer IT user support plans and processes to provide technical support for hardware and software related systems and implement Internal and Customer/User integration solutions in line with business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.In this SENIOR IT SUPPORT position You will support the administration of IT user support plans and processes to effectively resolve user hardware and software problems.You will undertake activities to install, support, and maintain Customer Access hardware and software, providing problem-solving assistance when required by external customers.You will resolve customer issues on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based systems software.You will log, assign, respond to, and resolve incidents/service requests in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures.You will ensure log entries of user contact provide a corpus of knowledge for the resolution of subsequent faults and problems.You will execute Active Directory domain tasks for user account and system management.You will support the implementation of internal and customer/user integration solutions.You will perform intermediate administration tasks on HP UX systems.You will deliver regular ticket quality reviews related to your assigned customer area of responsibilities.You will escalate tickets and improve awareness, communication, and procedures across departments.You will deliver scheduled Local Area Network (LAN) software upgrades, ensuring the integrity of LAN software and hardware.You will identify and resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications for IT user support work methods, focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.You may provide functional guidance, advice, or training to less experienced positions.Now, Here’s What We Need From YouSkills: Technical Support, Help Desk Support, Telecommunications, Software Installation, Incident Management, Troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery, Computer Hardware, IT Infrastructure Library, Databases, Operating Systems, Lan, Domains, Network, Wireless, Servers,, Business Processes, Feedback, Presentation & Storytelling, FacilitationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.More than 2 years experience.We offer:Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.Possible further career developmentCompetitive salaryWhy join DHL Global Forwarding?We are part of DHL Group, the world’s leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries.
