We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Consultant to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who can handle complex IT issues, lead support operations, and mentor junior staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining system stability, resolving escalated technical problems, and contributing to the maintaining of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Handle escalated support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Perform system administration tasks, including user account management, access control, and software deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues. Work closely with IT teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure projects. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend system improvements to existing systems. Requirements Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own vehicle (essential) At least 2 years’ experience in IT Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Proven expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSE) will be an advantage.
