We have more than 140 people in our team, with offices in Pitești, Craiova, and Bucharest.We are specialized in: Custom Software Development, Enterprise Applications, E-commerce, and Mobile Development.We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and well-organized Senior JavaScript Developer (React, Next.js) to join our growing team in one of our offices in Pitesti, Craiova, Bucharest or remote.About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior JavaScript Developer with expertise in Next.js and React to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle—including design, development, testing, and documentation—with a strong emphasis on building scalable and flexible web interfaces.Your responsibilities• Design and develop of business functionalities with focus on efficiency and user experience• Review and analyze business requirements and provide a technical perspective on approach, risk, and estimated development time• Produce quality code following best practices guidelines for development process, coding style, revision contro and security practices• Mentor other developers and participate in code reviews• Participating in Scrum Sprint Planning, Dailies, Refinement and Retrospective MeetingsRole's requirements• 5+ years of experience in frontend development• Deep knowledge of Next.js, React, NodeJS and TypeScript• Experience with user interface design and development of responsive user interface• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS (SASS, Tailwind), and HTML• Experience with Git and Git flow• Experience with headless CMS (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) • Understanding the specifics between the different end products for each platform, such as: mobile vs desktop• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Excellent spoken and written English
