As part of these efforts, IMR has different programmes that deliver on this commitment including the Work Ready Graduate Programme, the Ideas Made Real Programme, and Adult Education programmes. These programmes form part of IMR’s commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry needs.The Senior L&D Programme Manager will work on the creation and management of IMR’s Work Ready Graduate Programme, as well as taking the lead on specialised L&D projects, mainly in the area of IMR internal training programmes. This is a part-time contract for 12 months (min. 2 days per week).Key Responsibilities:Recruit Level 9 graduates and host companies for the Work Ready Graduate Programme.Liaise with companies, graduates and mentors to ensure that the Work Ready Graduate Programme achieves its deliverables.Ensure programme training and mentoring meets graduate and company needs.Manage budgets and reporting on funded projects.Manage programme marketing and promotion.Develop and execute an internal IMR training programme for development of IMR staff including developing processes for capturing learning needs across the organisation.Develop content and roll out internal training courses that meet organisational needs including a leadership programme and compliance training.Any additional project management deliverables for the L&D Department as requested.Required Skills and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or Engineering. Qualifications in Learning and Development.Project Management Qualification or minimum of 5 years’ project management experience. Budget management experience.Experience reporting on national or EU funded projects.Minimum of 5 years content design, development and delivery experience.Excellent communication skills, i.e. comfortable with small and large groups of students, teachers and business decision-makers, as well as being able to engage and communicate clearly in writing. Good interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational skills.Computer literacy: Proficient in the use of office applications.Strong report writing and presentation skills.Coaching/mentoring experience desirable. Recruitment experience desirable. Location:IMR offices are located in Rathcoole, Co Dublin and Mullingar, Co Westmeath. This position is based in our Mullingar office. We offer a hybrid working model. Travel between offices and client sites will be required from time to time.Salary & Benefits: This position will command a package consisting of basic salary (€86,013 - €94,118 depending on qualifications and experience), employer pension contribution and 5 weeks holidays on a pro-rata basis.Closing Date: All applicants must include an up-to-date version of your CV with their application.
