职责目的Position Objectives：负责实验室的日常运营，确保实验室在化工、能源、材料等领域的测试工作高效、合规地进行。Maintain laboratory operation to ensure efficient lab task delivery in the fields of chemical, energy and material.主要职责Key Responsibilities： 维护实验室质量管理体系，推动ISO/IEC 17025等认证体系的实施与持续改进；Maintain laboratory process and quality operations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement with ISO/IEC 17025 standard; 协助制定实验室安全管理制度，监督执行情况，确保人员与设备安全；Assist in developing laboratory safety policies and supervise implementation to ensure personnel and equipment safety; 组织并开展实验室测试项目，确保数据的准确性与可追溯性；Coordinate and conduct laboratory testing projects, ensuring data accuracy and traceability; 负责实验室设备的选型、采购、维护与校准管理；Responsible for selection, procurement, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment; 与研发、质量、生产等部门协作，支持产品开发、验证与故障分析；Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production team to support product development, validation, and failure analysis; 跟踪行业标准与技术发展，推动实验室技术能力升级；Monitor industry standards and technological developments to enhance laboratory competence.工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/GoalsISO9001 ISO17025体系审核ISO9001 ISO17025 QMS auditLab operation meets corporation EHS and compliance requirements.Lab request on time delivery.Lab personnel and instrumental competence development.、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement：专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background 本科及以上学历，电力、化工、能源或相关理工科专业；Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Chemical, Energy or related engineering disciplines; 5年以上实验室工作经验，具备扎实的实验操作技能与项目管理能力；Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience with strong experimental and project management skills; 熟悉实验室质量管理体系（如ISO/IEC 17025），具备体系建设与审核经验；Familiar with laboratory quality systems (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025), with experience in system setup and audits; 熟悉化学分析、化工流程、能源、有机高分子材料等行业相关测试标准与方法；Knowledge of testing standards and methods related to chemical analysis, chemical processes, power generation or polymer material fields. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队管理经验；Strong communication and team management skills; 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能独立承担复杂测试任务；Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of handling complex testing tasks independently; 英语读写能力良好，能阅读技术文献与标准。Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand technical documents and standards.相关工作经验Relevant Experience熟悉化学分析、化工流程、能源、有机高分子材料等行业相关测试标准与方法；Familiar with testing standards and methods related to chemical analysis, chemical processes, power generation, and polymer fields.语言技能Language Skills英语/流利English/Skillful普通话/精通Mandarin/Mastered其它要求Other Requirements 有第三方检测机构或大型企业实验室经验；Experienced in third-party testing organizations or large enterprise laboratories; 熟悉CNAS认证流程；Familiar with the CNAS accreditation process; 有自动化测试系统或数据分析经验。Experienced in automated testing systems and data analysis.Join our winning team today.
