While you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, you'll be closely aligned with our UK delivery teams and client stakeholders, ensuring time-zone overlap and easier collaboration. Please note: You must be based in Poland with citizenship or full-time working rights to be considered for the opportunity Key Responsibilities Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.  Design and implement automated deployment processes across multiple environments.  Deploy infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform  Build and maintain monitoring and alerting to identify issues.  Develop and implement fast rollback strategies to minimise downtime and risk during releases.  Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams.  Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.  RequirementsSkills & Experience Strong written and verbal English Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.  Strong expertise with CI/CD tooling e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. Solid background in containerisation and orchestration e.g., Docker, Kubernetes.  Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions.  Knowledge of deployment strategies, including canary, blue-green, and rollback approaches.  Strong scripting or programming skills including Python, Bash, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, automation-first mindset.   Nice to Have Experience with security automation and DevSecOps practices.  Familiarity with feature flags and progressive delivery.  Exposure to event-driven architectures and modern microservices patterns.  Experience in high-growth consulting or SaaS environments. BenefitsWhat We Offer in Poland:Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package. Join a fast growing team - 30% growth in the last 12 monthsHealth and Wellbeing Allowance: 6,129zł‎ allowance per year to be used for any food and non-alcoholic beverages during business hours, healthcare, gym memberships, sporting goods and accessories, and any wellness appointments. Professional Development: 7,355zł‎ annual budget for training, courses, and conferences, with potential for additional funding. Certifications: 12,259zł‎ annual budget for certifications and related courses. Equipment Allowance: 6,129zł‎ for Poland team members, plus Apple MacBook Pro laptops and necessary accessories.
