This modernization initiative focuses on improving system performance, implementing advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, and strengthening security and governance across their product ecosystem – paving the way for the next generation of intelligent audit and financial solutions.Project Tech StackThe project is centered on building a secure, scalable, and high-performance IAM platform using .NET 8/10, C#, and AWS Cloud. The backend solution is powered by microservices, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redis, and EKS, with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and reliability. Key components include Auth0-based authentication, custom authorization services (RBAC/ABAC), and observability tooling, ensuring operational transparency and high availability.What You’ll DoLead the design and delivery of backend and cloud-native solutions built on .NET and AWSCollaborate with the Solution Architect to define technical direction, standards, and implementation best practicesGuide and oversee the engineering team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliveryIntegrate and optimize IAM components (e.g., Auth0) in accordance with OAuth 2.1, OIDC, and Zero Trust standardsReview designs and code, drive technical excellence, and maintain consistency across servicesPartner with DevOps and QA to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliabilityContribute across all program phases to ensure architectural alignment and consistent deliveryWhat You Bring8+ years of experience in .NET (C#, .NET 6–10) development, with strong backend engineering expertiseProven experience leading teams and driving delivery within distributed, Agile environmentsDeep knowledge of AWS, microservices, and event-driven architecturesHands-on experience with IAM solutions (Auth0 or equivalent), OAuth 2.1/OIDC, and RBAC/ABAC modelsSolid understanding of Aurora/PostgreSQL, Redis, and EKSExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a balance of technical and business focusNice to HaveFamiliarity with front-end technologies (Angular, TypeScript)Experience in modernization or re-architecture projects (lift-and-shift to cloud)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldEnglish levelUpper-IntermediateLegal & Hiring InformationExadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and moreReasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsPlease note: this job description is not exhaustive.
