They consult with stakeholders to identify training needs, curate and implement effective learning solutions in the LMS, and measure the impact of training initiatives on individual and organizational performance. This position is responsible for LMS support, design, development, delivery, curation, and maintenance of content, assets, and resources used enterprise wide. Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
Project and Change ManagementServe as project manager for planning, execution, training, and ongoing management of Breakthru’s LMS, transitioning from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday Learning. Lead and manage the change management work - transition process between LMS platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to users and stakeholders. Technical and Data ManagementManage all technical aspects of LMS, including user accounts, permissions, upload content, and troubleshoot technical issues. Create and manage dashboards, custom reports, and data exports for performance tracking. Conduct regular audits and backend clean-ups to maintain accurate data, improve user experience, and optimize system performance.
Analyze and interpret LMS data to develop insights into organizational learning needs. Respond to ad hoc requests for LMS data, develop plans for assigning training modules, and track progress. Stakeholder Engagement and SupportEngage with stakeholders as a performance consultant, advising on content delivery, performance tracking, and ongoing management. Administer BBG’s annual compliance training, managing content and user profiles for both wired and deskless audiences, and coordinate with stakeholders. Provide technical production support for meetings and training sessions via Zoom/Teams or in-person. Manage the LMS help desk via Outlook, providing high-level service to assist learners.
Learning and DevelopmentSupport learning and development program management by writing communications, scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing content. Liaise with Breakthru IT and learning vendors, suppliers, and customers, including content integrations. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience working with an LMS, Technical Training and/or Learning & DevelopmentHighly proficient as an LMS Administrator (preferably Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors)Expertise with SCORM, AICC, xAPI, HTML5, and API Integrations. Experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate.
Ability to communicate technical subject matter in a non-technical and effective manner. Proficient Microsoft Teams skills including virtually producing and facilitating meetings/trainings utilizing breakouts, polls, etc.
