In this pivotal role, you will handle complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions and provide strategic legal support to various business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to contribute to a fast-paced and international fintech environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to navigate regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance.Your FocusReviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal agreements with suppliers, merchants, customers, and other third partiesSupporting commercial engagements across the businessMonitoring regulatory developments and offering strategic legal guidanceDrafting and reviewing internal policies and proceduresManaging legal risks and handling consumer or partner complaintsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve legal issuesAdvising on payment services, consumer crediting, distance selling, employment law, and data protectionCoordinating with external legal counsel for foreign jurisdiction mattersTaking on other legal assignments as neededMust-haveRequired skills & qualifications:Qualified lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experienceExcellent English communication skills—both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsProven ability to handle complex legal topics and simplify them for decision-makersEffective multitasker with excellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesNice-to-havePrior experience or qualifications in Financial ServicesWe OfferAt Multitude, we believe in empowering our employees to thrive personally and professionally.
