Senior Legal Counsel - Offshore Construction

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading offshore energy company and support multi-billion-dollar FPSO, offshore wind, and subsea projects.The Role:Provide expert legal advice across offshore construction, operations, and project development, supporting multi-jurisdictional teams.Lead negotiations and manage risk on EPC contracts, subcontracts, and high-value commercial agreements.Partner with project, commercial, and finance teams to enable smooth execution of large-scale offshore projects.Oversee and coordinate external counsel on disputes, claims, and regulatory matters.Advise senior leadership on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory developments.Support strategic initiatives, including financing, joint ventures, and contractual structuring.The Person:Fully qualified lawyer with 8–12+ years’ post-qualification experience in energy, offshore, infrastructure, or marine sectors.Strong experience with EPC contracts, FPSO projects, offshore construction, and complex commercial negotiations.Proven ability to work with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Executive presence with excellent communication, leadership, and strategic advisory skills.Fluency in English& Norwegian.This is a senior legal role with significant responsibility and impact within a globally active offshore energy business.
