A private bank, one of our clients, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel F/M – Private Banking, Credit & Insurance to join its Legal Department.Responsibilities include:Providing day-to-day legal support to private bankers in their relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.Advising on wealth planning and structuring solutions, including succession planning, matrimonial regimes, trusts and cross-border issues.Supporting the structuring, negotiation and review of private credit transactions (lombard loans, mortgage lending, structured and patrimonial financing).Advising on life insurance and capitalization products, ensuring compliance in their distribution and documentation.Drafting, reviewing and validating a wide range of legal documentation, including banking agreements, mandates, investment contracts, loan and security agreements, and insurance policies.Monitoring regulatory developments in banking, insurance and wealth management (MiFID II, PRIIPs, AML/CTF, securities law, tax law) and assessing their impact.Providing training and guidance to private bankers on recurring legal and regulatory matters.Collaborating closely with compliance, tax, credit and risk management teams.Profile :At Least 7 years of experience within private banking, a financial institution or an international law firm.
