Originally founded in 1892 as a small workshop in Horgen/Zurich, Switzerland, today Stäubli is an international Group headquartered in Pfäffikon, Switzerland.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Provide strategic legal support at divisional and regional levelsAct as primary legal advisor to the Electrical Connectors DivisionManage legal matters for Stäubli entities in Germany, Switzerland, and AustriaNegotiate and manage commercial agreements, including:(Framework) sales and purchasing agreementsDistribution and agency agreementsR&D collaboration and development agreementsOffer legal guidance on compliance, product liability, antitrust, and competition lawSupport production facilities and legal sales units across multiple divisions, primarily in Germany and SwitzerlandQualificationsMaster's degree in German or Swiss law from a recognised university.Minimum of 8–10 years of professional legal experience, in corporate in-house and/or law firm roles.Proven track record in commercial law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance within an international industrial or technology-driven environment.Strong knowledge of Swiss, German, and EU law.Solid understanding of international laws relevant to manufacturing, R&D, and global sales operations.Experience with agency and distribution agreements, global framework agreements, and industry-specific regulations.Demonstrated interest in technology and process improvement in legal operations.Ability to work effectively in a cross-border environment, navigating legal complexities across jurisdictions.Additional InformationThis position requires a seasoned, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal professional who can build trusted relationships with stakeholders, deliver clear and actionable legal advice, and foster a culture of compliance and responsible business conduct.
