You’ll be part of a modern, dynamic, and ambitious environment with direct exposure to strategic decisions and C-level stakeholders.Your duties & responsibilitiesIn this key in-house position, you will:Provide expert, business-driven legal advice across all operations and ensure compliance with Belgian and EU regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with partners, suppliers and operational stakeholders.Oversee legal risk management regarding corporate governance, regulatory compliance, strategic initiatives and day-to-day activities.Lead dispute resolution and litigation follow-up, managing external counsel where needed.Handle legal aspects of yearly accounts, board and shareholder documentation.Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for management.Act as the legal risk gatekeeper, challenging and shaping strategic decisions together with C-level executives.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance) to ensure alignment across projects.Maintain accurate legal documentation and ensure proper reporting to management.Ideal profileExperience: at least 5 years in corporate/commercial law (law firm and/or in-house), ideally in regulated industries, financial services, payments, infrastructure, or multi-site environments.Languages: Fluent Dutch & English + strong command of spoken French.Qualifications: Master’s degree in Law; specialisation in commercial, corporate, financial or competition law is a strong asset.The offerA high-impact strategic role with direct access to the C-suite.A dynamic, growing environment with autonomy, ownership and visible impact.Cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.Strong career development potential.Competitive salary package: €100,000 – €130,000 yearly, depending on seniority.Attractive benefits (bonus, insurance, mobility package, meal vouchers...)
