Their legal function plays a crucial role in supporting commercial operations and governance across jurisdictions.About the Job:This is a high-impact position for an experienced legal professional to provide strategic and operational support across multiple business units. You will work directly with senior leadership and take ownership of commercial contracts, compliance, and legal risk management in a fast-paced, acquisition-focused environment.Duties will include:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreementsManaging contract lifecycle processes and ensuring internal governance adherenceSupporting acquisitions and business integrations from a legal perspectiveOverseeing compliance frameworks, legal policies, and regulatory obligationsSupervising junior legal team members and engaging with external counsel where necessaryContributing to legal operations strategy, training, and best practice sharingAbout the Successful Applicant:You will be an experienced legal professional with post-qualification experience in commercial law.
