Wahl Vietnam is a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Senior Logistics Executive. Reporting : Wahl Vietnam's Senior Supply Chain Manager Missions :Ensure that materials and services provided by suppliers consistently meet required quality standards, while driving continuous improvement in processes and supplier performance, with the ultimate goal of eliminating the need for in-house incoming material inspections. Responsibilities: Liquidation reporting and controls (40%) Qualified HTS code of component and maintain in the system Tariff updating to support business wide Import Tax refund quarterly Liaising with relevant department on BOM updating Creating and updating Finished product code of factory aligned Finished goods code of Customs declaration Tracking and qualified BOM consumption in ERP system Reconcile liquidation reporting in monthly/quarterly and complete fiscal year liquidation reporting to customs Inbound/Outbound logistic (Sample/Indirect material/VAS) (30%) Shipment planning & scheduling business wide Liaising with Customer Service on shipping plan and expedite delivery shipments in alignment with customer priorities Prepare shipping documentation including, Packing List / Shipping Invoice / Certificate of Origin etc. Contact customer's forwarder on booking arrangement and shipment pick-up schedule Liaising with Warehouse on receiving plan and loading plan Monitoring customer's forwarder or service broker on customs declaration and comply on the legality Consolidate and submit shipping document/payment request to Finance Send shipping document to customer and update on Forwarder's web track (for US customer only) Cooperate with Customer service and Planner to advise monthly container plan (for US customer only) Certificate of origin (COO) (20%) Prepare COO documentation according to the FTAs Liaising with customer/brokers on qualification COO documentation Qualify COO with customer and send the COO approval on time as period Liaising with COO Chamber's to resolve any issues relating COO declaration Other logistic tasks (10%) Support improvement initiatives in relation to purchasing, sale delivery and logistics waste management Liaising with customs to resolve any issues relating customs declaration Control and administration of shipping documentation and corresponding ERP system activities. Logistic cost management and improvement Qualifications: University/College degree. At least 3 years of experience in similar position in manufacturing environment. Experience with import & export declaration. Experience with COO declaration. Experience with fiscal year liquidation reporting Understand inbound & outbound process. Have experience with ERP system. Ability to deal with number, develop management report. Good at planning and controlling. Bilingual communication skills in English & Vietnamese with Fluency.
