Finnair Plus is Finland's leading loyalty program with over five million members. We are now looking for aSENIOR LOYALTY MARKETING MANAGERto drive impactful loyalty marketing in line with Finnair’s business objectives.As Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing our Finnair Plus marketing activities end to end. Loyalty and customer engagement are at the core of Finnair’s strategy, and we’re looking for a marketing professional with strong experience in loyalty marketing and partnerships.You have a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering measurable results. You bring solid experience in digital and data-driven marketing, and you know how to turn customer insights into effective actions.In this role, you will work closely with several internal stakeholders across the organization, especially with the Finnair Loyalty team, as well as with external partners.The position is based in Finland and includes occasional travel.In This Role You WillBe responsible for executing Finnair's strategy for Finnair Plus within marketing.Plan and execute data-driven loyalty marketing activities across owned and paid channels to support strategic loyalty objectives (Finnair Plus member growth & engagement, partnership revenue growth). Promote the ways to collect and use Finnair´s loyalty currency Avios.Develop targeted and personalized loyalty marketing across the customer journey in close collaboration with the Loyalty team. Manage loyalty marketing partnerships and co-marketing activities with key partners.Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of the Finnair Plus across all touchpoints.Manage the loyalty marketing budget and ensure cost-efficient execution. Collaborate closely with the Finnair Loyalty team to align marketing activities with loyalty priorities and targets. Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (Loyalty, Brand, Content and Digital teams) to align loyalty marketing with overall business goals. Partner with media and creative agencies to deliver high-quality, measurable results. Monitor and analyse loyalty campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Our ExpectationsOver 5 years of experience in a loyalty marketing or customer engagement role.Experience in marketing large-scale consumer loyalty programs in travel, retail, or financial services is considered an advantage.Solid experience in partnership marketing and customer relationship development.Strong background in marketing, with proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and e-commerce.Experience in collaborating with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and relevant messaging for loyalty members.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Proactive and result-oriented mindset and negotiation skills. Strong English language skills, both spoken and written. Master´s or Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or commerce.
