The firm advises founders, corporates, and financial sponsors on strategic transactions across Europe, combining deep sector expertise with a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture.The Frankfurt team is expanding and looking to hire an Analyst to support live M&A mandates and strategic advisory projects from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal execution support across buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates, including preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentationsFinancial analysis and modelling, including valuation work (DCF, trading and transaction comparables, scenario analysis)Market, sector, and company research with a focus on sustainability, energy transition, and industrial transformation themesSupport in due diligence processes, data room management, and coordination with clients, investors, and external advisorsActive contribution to internal knowledge building and sector positioning initiativesCandidate Profile1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or a related financial roleStrong analytical and financial modelling skills with solid accounting and valuation knowledgeGenuine interest in sustainability, energy transition, infrastructure, or industrial transformation sectorsHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environmentFluent German and English required
