About Company: AI Start-up, headquartered USAWhat You’ll DoBuild and deploy scalable ML models (generative, classification, regression) for company's core products. Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems. Define requirements, develop feature roadmaps, and optimize algorithms for distributed and GPU environments. Tackle challenges in automation, search, ranking, and entity resolution. Design evaluation pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and performance tracking. What You’ll Need To SucceedBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field. 1–3+ years of hands-on ML model development experience. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Solid understanding of algorithms, distributed systems, and API design. Familiarity with Spark, Beam, or other scalable data tools. Proven track record of improving model or system performance. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-moving startup.
