The Senior Manager - Development Design & Engineering at JASARA PMC will lead the design and engineering efforts for our diverse development projects, ensuring that all designs are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with project objectives. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.Your role will include overseeing the development and implementation of engineering design strategies, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. By leveraging your expertise, you will drive excellence in design practices and contribute to the successful delivery of JASARA's ambitious projects.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred15+ years of experience in project management, leading complex design projects from initiation to completion within construction environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively controlling design, scope, schedule, budget, and resources using appropriate digital toolsProven ability to Research & Develop innovative solutionsProven ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary teamProactive and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to align stakeholders around a common visionSkilled in mentorship and coaching to support the professional growth of junior colleaguesFlexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in enterprise-level management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, or equivalentExperienced in managing teams delivering results in a collaborative, cross-departmental environmentExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
