Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for overseeing all Block engineering functions within the manufacturing Injectable facility, including maintenance, equipment optimization, utilities management, and project execution.To maintain facility and equipmentTo procure engineering consumables, proprietary spares and to maintain inventory of the sameTo perform and to approve Qualification studies for equipment (Plant and Utility) and FacilityTo schedule and to execute preventive maintenance program for plant equipment and utility equipmentTo review and to participate in process validation programTo maintain and to update drawing like plant layout, equipment layout, P & ID for equipment (Plant and Utility), HVAC system etcTo schedule and to execute Annual Maintenance Program for Utility and material handling equipmentTo arrange instruments for plant equipment and accessoriesTo review, authorize and to comply all Quality documentsTo ensure statutory compliance of boiler/electrical inspector & standard weightsTo execute modifications in plant as per approved capex and requirement by plantTo ensure cGMP & EHS complianceTo arrange the training of department employees for SOP, new system, Qualification etcTo review maintenance report and energy consumption to ensure corrective action for control of sameTo review annual engineering budget Travel Estimate Job RequirementsEducational QualificationB.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation)ExperienceTenure : 15+ Years with experience in Injectable and Regulatory sites.Your Success Matters to Us At Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
