Senior Manager -Fund ControllerOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their UBO Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least six years of relevant experience to take ownership of complex fund structures and play a key role in reporting, oversight and strategic projects. You will be working at the heart of fund operations, collaborating with colleagues and external partners to ensure efficient processes, accurate reporting, and the smooth running of UBO entities / carry vehicles across the investment lifecycle.Your ResponsibilitiesLead on financial reporting, consolidations and performance analysis for stakeholders and UBOs.Manage outsourced accounting service providers (Jersey and Luxembourg) and act as the first point of contact for financial queries.Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and audits in cooperation with external auditors.Collaborate closely with internal functions across Fund Operations and Advisory.Support tax advisors with information for multi-jurisdictional reporting.Manage intercompany and external loan arrangements, monitoring compliance and interest.Implement and optimise technology solutions, ensuring continuous process improvements.Contribute to financial modelling, budgeting, treasury management and carried interest calculations.Approve payments, oversee cash management and cost control.Lead the onboarding and set-up of new UBO entities from a controlling perspective.Act as Board Member for relevant entities.Stay current on industry trends, regulations and best practices in fund administration and reporting.Your ProfileQualified accountant with fund accounting or financial services experience (minimum 6 years).Strong knowledge of private equity funds or other illiquid alternative asset classes.Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Lux GAAP and/or Jersey GAAP is an advantage.Proven experience managing teams, outsourced providers, and multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.Results-driven with a focus on high-quality outcomes and strong problem-solvingGrowth mindset and eagerness to embrace new tools, processes and ways of working.If this opportunity feels right for you, we’d love to hear from you.Kindly note that a valid Luxembourg work permit is required for consideration.
