Senior Manager - OnboardingOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead their onboarding department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has the expertise to oversee the seamless integration of new clients into complex fund structures. You will play a key role in shaping the onboarding process, mentoring a team, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.Your ResponsibilitiesAct as the key contact throughout the onboarding process.Manage and coordinate all parties involved (clients, lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, and internal teams).Lead the onboarding of new clients while ensuring AML/KYC compliance.Represent the company’s interests in the negotiation of service level agreements.Review fund and marketing constitutional documents.Develop and maintain template legal documents such as Articles, Fund agreements, resolutions, and powers of attorney.Attend client board and investor meetings, reviewing minutes where required.Act as a director/manager on Luxembourg client entities.Build, mentor and motivate the onboarding team to deliver excellence.Provide strategic legal input on fund structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance (AIFMD, SFDR, AML/KYC).Lead the execution of complex transactions, including fund formations, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and financing arrangements.Liaise with regulators, auditors and third parties on transaction-related queries.Your Profile5+ years’ experience in legal or investor services in Luxembourg, ideally within the fund industry.Strong knowledge of Luxembourg legal, tax and regulatory regimes, including AML/KYC and AIFMD.Experience reviewing fund documentation and service agreements.Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality work under pressure.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.Fluent in English; French and/or German is an advantage.Proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded.If this opportunity feels right for you, we’d love to hear from you.Kindly note that a valid Luxembourg work permit is required for consideration.
