A leading technology and engineering solutions provider is looking for a Senior Manager – Pre Sales to join their team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a customer-facing leadership role that sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and solution design. You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and end customers to design and deliver complex, integrated solutions for mission-critical infrastructure projects across the MENA region.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical solution design and pre-sales activities for telecom and infrastructure projectsAnalyse customer requirements and propose tailored solutions using the company’s portfolioPrepare technical proposals, BoMs, and documentation in response to tenders and RFPsEngage directly with customers, vendors, and internal technical teamsGuide and mentor junior engineers and pre-sales staffStay updated on new technologies and ensure team alignment with technical standardsMaintain quality and HSE standards across all pre-sales operationsRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent)10–15 years’ relevant experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or systems engineeringStrong knowledge of telecom technologies: DWDM, SDH, IP networks, security systems, radio systems, and structured cablingExperience with tools such as SoundPlan, ATDI, IBWave, or Ekahau Pro is an advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesWhat’s on Offer:Opportunity to lead large-scale, high-impact projectsCollaborative and technology-driven work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsCareer growth with a market-leading organisation in the region
