Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Manager to join our Finance team.Based in Singapore and reporting into the Director, Finance, the incumbent will be required to support full spectrum of commercial arrangement of projects, agreements with key strategic partners as well as evaluation of projects and their long-term outcomes. With such insights, you will contribute actively to long term financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in financial planning, management reporting or business acumen, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoYou will review projects and evaluate viability from financial perspective and project long-range operating costs taking into account of the implementation of new projects.You will review with business key contractual arrangements with vendors/ partners.You will establish full operating cost of core and peripheral IT systems, in doing so, identify costs savings opportunities.You will review product margins with fully allocated operating costs and propose solutions.You will review and propose organisation-wide measurement metrics and project specific metrics to measure outcome aligning to strategic objectives.You will work with businesses on possible alternative operating model and create financial model.Who You AreYou have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.You are a qualified CPA or CA, with 5 to 10 years of experience in delivering on the objectives above.You should have financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, projections, modelling, analysis or management reporting skills.You should have excellent business acumen, business partnering, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.It will be good if you have experience in SAP S/4 HANA and QlikView or Qliksense.You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.You are a self-motivated leader and versatile team player.BenefitsCompetitive salariesFlexi BenefitsStaggered working hoursMedical InsuranceSingapore Pools welcomes you not for how you look, where you come from, or differences you may have.
