Job Summary:This position will be responsible for leading KTC’s consumer engagement strategy and execution across the region. The role is pivotal in building strong brand-consumer connections, driving effective in-market experiences, and ensuring that brand activations translate into measurable business results. Core Responsibilities:Executional RoleDevelop and execute consumer engagement strategies in line with brand and commercial objectives.Plan and lead consumer activation cycles, ensuring impactful touchpoints and measurable outcomes.Drive effective segmentation, targeting, and tracking of consumer engagement activities.Set activity targets, KPIs and devise brand relevant action plans required to maximize business results.Team ManagementLead, coach, and motivate consumer engagement teams across the region.Oversee any third-party agencies, ensuring alignment with KTC standards, compliance, and performance.Build a performance-driven culture through clear KPIs, monitoring, and continuous development.Brand Building & Outlet RelationshipsEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders to support engagement initiatives, ensuring sustainable long-term partnerships.Champion the rollout of new brand launches and consumer engagement programs.Consumer Insights & ReportingTrack engagement activities using relevant tools/portals for effective deployment and insights.Analyze consumer engagement data to identify trends and actionable insights.Share timely reports with leadership to guide strategic decision-making.Required Education and Experience Level:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.8 - 10 years of experience in consumer engagement, brand activations, or trade marketing (preferably Tobacco, FMCG or retail)Proven track record of leading large teams and executing successful consumer-facing campaigns.
