Job Description
The client is an FMCG company who is looking for a senior finance manager to do the business as usual and transition the Finance function to a shared services in another country.Key figures and Business figures: P&L, Cashflow, Working Capital Strategic Business Partner• Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Senior Leadership team• Provide accurate and timely financial insights, analysis and recommendations to support decision makingand day to day operation.• Lead financial evaluations and business case analysis for new store openings, investments and strategicprojects.• Define, implement and continuously improve finance processes aligned with Group and Regionalguidelines.• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business strategy, commercial initiatives and long-termvalue creation.Financials & Reporting• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports including budgeting,forecasting and variance analysis.• Ensure accurate accounting and management reporting to the Group & Region.• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization and financing activities.• Conduct RIO and profitability analysis on marketing and commercial activities.• Oversee tax planning and compliance, including corporate tax, transfer pricing, ensuring adherence tolocal regulations and Group policies.• Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as statutory, tax and regulatory requirements. Process Management & Control• Establish, monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.• Identify process gaps and risk, proposing and implementing improvements for efficiency and governance.• Redefine operations and reporting processes across all distribution channels.• Supervise procurement activities and policies to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance.• Ensure proper inventory management, reconciliation and reporting.• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors and regulatory bodies. People Management• Lead and develop a strong and independent Finance team while enabling the business plan to transition to a BPO service. • Drive functional excellence, accountability and continuous development within the team.2 other functions to manage Legal • Coordinate between the subsidiary, local lawyers and Group on all legal matters • Oversee corporate governance standard and ensure alignment with Group policies. IT Support • Manage relationships with outsourced IT & warehouse vendors • Oversee selection, negotiation and performance of IT service providers • Ensure efficient, reliable IT infrastructure and systems to support office, store, EUC operations
