Position OverviewBaby2Baby is actively searching for a mission-driven, detail-oriented Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships to join the team. This full-time role works in partnership with the Director of Corporate Partnerships on strategy, revenue generation, and relationship management for a portfolio of national corporate partners. The Senior Manager will own a multimillion-dollar revenue target across both cash and in-kind sponsors. This position plays a critical role in advancing Baby2Baby’s mission to provide children in need across the country with diapers, clothing and the basic essentials they deserve.The Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships will work Monday-Friday at 5830 W. Jefferson Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90016. The work is performed in an office setting and is currently on site 3 – 5 days per week.Duties and Responsibilities Identifies, develops, solicits, and secures corporate partnerships, including cause marketing campaigns, sponsorships, employee engagement programs, and foundation grants.Supports Director, Corporate Partnerships to develop and execute strategic corporate partnerships that leverage Baby2Baby’s celebrity ambassadors. Collaborates with Events, Community, Program, Marketing and Social teams to execute partnership activations and ensure seamless delivery. Also works closely with external partners to bring sponsorships to fruition (PR Agencies, talent reps.).Leads sponsorship contract negotiation with corporate partners, detailing monetary and in-kind donation details and sponsorship deliverables.Serves as a primary relationship lead for assigned corporate sponsors, ensuring contractual obligations and sponsor benefits are fulfilled accurately and on time.Joins high-level partnership meetings and calls, drafts follow-up materials and elevates relevant updates to Baby2Baby leadership. Partners with the Director, Corporate Partnerships to develop annual corporate fundraising strategy and growth projections. Maintains Corporate revenue tracking documents. Responsible for pitching and securing financial and in-kind sponsors for the annual Baby2Baby Gala. Partners with Director, Corporate Partnerships to execute all sponsorship deliverables.Works collaboratively with the Marketing team to create and review informational materials. Provides oversight to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, ensuring seamless coordination of in-kind donations with sponsors and Baby2Baby’s Warehouse and Program teams.Works with Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to create partnership recap materials and impact reports. Oversees tracking of all corporate donor information with the support of the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Coordinator. On-site involvement at Baby2Baby events, distributions, sponsorship activations, corporate donation deliveries across Los Angeles, etc. Some events may occur on the weekend. Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, etc. 7-8 years of relevant work experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, time management, and a self-starter mentality.Strong writer and communicator; ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.Organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-up, and able to work in a team environment.Strong client and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Valid Driver’s License and the ability to run errands using the Baby2Baby vehicle.Preferred QualificationsBackground in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising, or cause marketing.Experience writing compelling outreach emails and establishing relationships with prospective brand partners.Experience developing and executing revenue-generating strategies or partnership campaigns.Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.Comfort interfacing with senior-level corporate partners and external stakeholders.Experience managing junior team members.OtherBaby2Baby is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering diversity within its staff.
