Senior Manager, Design Studio

Our client is the Communications team of a manufacturing company seeking a Senior Design Studio Manager. This is a full-time opportunity based in NYC that will be onsite 5 days/week hours are 8am- 5pm with occasional remote flexibility and will require traveling to another office in PA one day every other week. Working closely with the Creative Director, the Design Studio Manager will manage day-to-day operations and oversee workflow, resource allocation, and team development.Design Studio Manager Responsibilities Include Creative operations and team leadership Project management and execution Brand consistency and cross-office collaboration Team development and stakeholder managementThe Design Studio Manager MUST HAVE 8+ years of experience in creative operations or project management, including 5+ years leading and managing creative teams Experience within an industry related to home products (fixtures, furniture, and equipment), automotive, or technology (non-negotiable) Experience supporting creative leadership and translating creative vision into operational excellence Experience managing budgets and maintaining brand consistency Skills in managing complex, creative projects with multiple stakeholders Understanding of integrated marketing communications across print, digital, video and experiential media Knowledge of creative production processes, vendor management, and QC standards Familiarity with creative workflow tools, project management software, and collaboration platforms Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or related field (non-negotiable)Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing or building products is preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
