Key Responsibilities• Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the comprehensive digital marketingstrategy for both brands. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of specialistscovering performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and data analysis.• Budget & Performance Ownership: Own the entire digital marketing budget,ensuring optimal allocation across channels and brands to maximize ROI (CPL, leadquality, brand lift). Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performanceagainst business goals.• Social Media & Digital Identity: Architect and build our global social media presencefrom scratch for both brands. You will define our digital voice, drive innovative contentstrategies, and create a best-in-class digital identity that sets a new benchmark in ourcategories.• Integrated Campaign Management: Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Retailteams to design and execute seamless omnichannel campaigns, ensuring our digitalefforts are perfectly integrated with offline activations, showroom experiences, andoverall brand messaging.• B2B Digital Engine o Oversee sophisticated lead generation and brand-building campaigns usingLinkedIn, targeted content marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)tactics.o Drive a robust B2B SEO strategy to establish brand authority and capture high-intent traffic from architects, designers, and developers globally.• B2C Digital Engine (New Premium Brand):o Lead the digital strategy for the global brand launch, from pre-launch audiencebuilding to driving footfall for the retail launch.o Direct full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Instagram,Facebook), Pinterest, and Google (Search, Display) to generate leads anddrive showroom visits.• MarTech & Analytics: Oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack (CRM,analytics, automation tools) to ensure we have the insights and capabilities needed towin in our markets.HR & AdminIdeal Candidate Profile• Experience: You have 8-10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, withat least 3 years in a leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary team.• Crucial Dual Expertise: You must have proven, hands-on experience in both B2Blead generation (ideally for a design or quality-led product) and B2C digitalmarketing for premium retail brands.• Industry Background: You have a deep appreciation for aesthetics and brand building,with a background in premium furniture, high fashion, interior design,architecture, or a high-end retail business.• Brand Builder's Mindset: You understand that digital is not just about performance;it's about brand building. You have experience using digital channels to tell a story,create desire, and build a brand from a foundational level.• Technical Acumen: You are an expert practitioner, not just a manager. You have deep,hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, advanced SEO principles,and major CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You are a strategic thinker who can set a long-termvision while also being able to dive deep into campaign data to identify actionableinsights and drive continuous optimization.• International Experience: You have experience managing campaigns targeting boththe GCC region and international markets, particularly Europe.
