Senior Manager/Director/FDD Private Equity focus – M&A & Corporate Advisory

The firm advises corporates, private equity sponsors, lenders, and institutional clients on complex M&A and corporate finance transactions, with a particularly strong reputation in the German mid-market.Driven by sustained deal flow and continued expansion of its DACH franchise, the firm is strengthening its M&A & Corporate Advisory team in Frankfurt and is seeking to appoint professionals at Senior Manager/Director level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates across a range of sectors, with a focus on mid-market transactionsManage end-to-end transaction processes including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, and preparation of client deliverablesAct as day-to-day client contact, coordinating internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, commercial)Support business development through pitch preparation, market analysis, and relationship building with corporates and financial sponsorsOversee, coach, and review the work of Analysts and AssociatesContribute to the continued development of the firm’s M&A platform in Germany and across EuropeCandidate Requirements8–10 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisoryStrong technical skill set across financial modelling, valuation, and transaction executionTrack record advising corporates and/or private equity clients on M&A transactionsAbility to lead multiple workstreams and manage deal teams independentlyStrong academic background with excellent communication skillsFluent German and English requiredOpportunityJoin a well-established global advisory platform with an expanding M&A presence in GermanyHigh level of client exposure and responsibility from day oneBroad sector coverage with scope to develop specialisationClear progression path toward Director level in a performance-driven environmentCompetitive compensation aligned with leading corporate finance advisory firms in Frankfurt
