We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development leader to join our People team and shape the future of our workforce across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for defining and executing the cluster L&D strategy, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge to drive business success. If you are a proactive professional with a passion for fostering a positive work environment, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our People team.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop, implement, and drive the overarching L&D strategy for the Southeast Asia cluster, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key cluster training programs, from needs analysis and design to delivery and evaluation.Assist in the full employee lifecycle where developmental training is required, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, development opportunities, and career pathing to ensure fairness. Oversee and manage the cluster L&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrating return on investment. Manage employee relations matters related to development, helping to mediate conflicts and maintain a positive working environment. Coordinate and administer training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Champion a culture of continuous learning by leveraging technology, including the Learning Management System (LMS), and promoting employee engagement activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to training activities, ensuring data integrity. Stay current with L&D trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organization's practices remain competitive and compliant. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an HR certification is a plus. A minimum of 8 years or above of progressive L&D experience, including in a multi-country role and fast-paced start-up environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships, solve problems, and adapt in a changing environment. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as an LMS.
