We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Engineering to lead engineering teams, oversee product development, and drive technical excellence and innovation.본 직무는 연구개발(R&D), 제품 설계, 프로젝트 관리 및 기술 전략 수립 등 엔지니어링 관련 전반적인 리더십을 발휘하는 역할을 담당합니다. This role will provide leadership across R&D, product design, project execution, and technology strategy to ensure engineering excellence and organizational growth.주요 업무 / Key Responsibilities엔지니어링 팀(기계, 전자, 소프트웨어 등) 총괄 및 리더십 제공 Lead and manage engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, etc.).제품 개발 라이프사이클(기획–설계–테스트–출시) 관리 Oversee the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.기술 로드맵 수립 및 장기적 혁신 전략 추진 Develop and execute long-term technology and innovation roadmaps.프로젝트 일정, 품질, 비용 및 리스크 관리 Manage project timelines, quality, costs, and risks.부서 간 협업(생산, 품질, 영업, 경영진 등) 조율 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Sales, and Executive Management.기술 문서, 엔지니어링 표준 및 규제 준수 관리 Ensure technical documentation, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance.팀원 교육 및 기술 역량 강화 프로그램 운영 Mentor engineers and implement team skill development programs.자격 요건 / Qualifications공학(기계, 전자, 컴퓨터, 산업 등) 관련 학사 이상 학위 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, etc.).8년 이상의 엔지니어링 또는 제품 개발 관련 경력 8+ years of experience in engineering or product development.기술 리더십 및 팀 관리 경험 필수 Proven leadership and people management experience in engineering teams.프로젝트 관리 능력 및 일정·품질·비용 통제 역량 Strong project management skills, including control of schedule, quality, and cost.문제 해결 및 의사결정 능력 우수자 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.영어 및 한국어 의사소통 능력 (글로벌 협업 환경 경험 우대) Strong communication skills in both Korean and English (global collaboration experience preferred).우대 사항 / Preferred Qualifications제조, 반도체, IT, 또는 하드웨어 산업 경험 Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, IT, or hardware industries.Agile, Scrum 등 프로젝트 관리 방법론 이해 Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.품질 관리 및 규제 인증(ISO, CE, UL 등) 경험 Experience with quality control systems and regulatory certifications (ISO, CE, UL, etc.).R&D 또는 기술 전략 수립 경험 Experience in R&D leadership or technology strategy development.석사(Master’s) 또는 MBA 학위 소지자 우대 Master’s or MBA degree preferred.고용 형태 / Employment Type정규직 (시니어 매니저급 / Senior Management Level) Full-time (Senior Management Level)보고 체계 / Reporting Line엔지니어링 담당 이사 또는 CTO 보고 Reports to the Director of Engineering or CTO.
