Senior Manager Finance Transformation & ControllingAn international technology company is transforming their Finance & Systems landscape.They're looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Lead with strong Finance process knowledge across Group Accounting and Controlling to take a lead role to improve Accounting operations and Controlling processes and systems.Working with key stakeholders across international entities, you will lead projects to improve GL & R2R Accounting processes in order to improve Group Accounting, Controlling and Reporting. You will lead the set-up and enhancement of Group Controlling processes for Finance and will drive project teams to improve processes at local level for Accounting and deliver key metrics such as reducing month end close time, and delivering finance automation.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, maintain and Improve Group Accounting and Group Controlling functionsLead projects to improve Accounting and R2R Processes across local entitiesOwn Accounting Consolidation, Reporting and Group Close process including identifying and driving improvementsWork with Finance and IT partners to identify automation opportunities and deliver financial systems transforamtion projectsSupport the Financial Audit process with external partners and internal finance stakeholdersEnsure timely and accurate reportingLead projects to improve the core Financial systems landscape, including ERP and Financial Consolidation, Reporting and FP&A systemsYour experience8+ years' Finance experience including Group Accounting and Controlling experienceStrong knowledge of international accounting and reporting standards, international and local GAAP, IFRS etcExperience leading finance transformation programmes to improve R2R processes at Group Level, e.g. Group Accounting Transformation, COA improvement, Group Financial Controlling process transformationExperience leading ERP and Financial Systems implementations and improvement projects with Cloud Systems e.g. Workday Finance, Oracle Netsuite, MS Dynamics or similarExperience in R2R Process Transformation e.g. Record-to-Report Process Owner or similarStrong communication skills and experience working in a dynamic Scale-up environmentLocation: Baltic countries e.g. Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia (hybrid working with some business travel) - other EU locations may be possible with travelPermanent employmentAn excellent opportunity for a Finance Process Owner, Group Accounting Lead or R2R Transformation lead to take on the next challenge in a dynamic global scale-up company!Apply online, via LinkedIn or email your CV to Jamie@systemsaccountants.comSystemsAccountants is a specialist Headhunter in the area of ERP, EPM and Business Intelligence across Business Sectors.Follow #systemsaccountants on Linkedin!For more information on this and related ERP and Digital Finance career opportunities, or to understand how we can support you, please contact Jamie Colwell at SystemsAccountants: jamie@systemsaccountants.com
