Senior Manager Global Clinical OutsourcingLocation: Allschwil, SwitzerlandStart Date: ASAPDuration: 24 monthsWe’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager Global Clinical Outsourcing to join a global clinical sourcing team. In this key role, you’ll act as a sourcing subject matter expert, partnering with study teams, functional areas, and external service providers to drive clinical deliverables across Phases 1–4.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage sourcing strategies, budget negotiations, and vendor relationships for global clinical studies.Review, negotiate, and finalise service agreements and contracts.Identify and mitigate risks in 3rd party performance, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.Provide cost forecasting and budget projections for clinical programs.Uphold compliance and ethical sourcing standards.Lead assigned Global Strategic Sourcing Managers and governance committees.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Business, or related field); advanced degree preferred.7+ years’ experience in strategic clinical sourcing or vendor management within pharma/CRO settings.Proven leadership in late-phase clinical trial sourcing (minimum four studies).Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.Experience in leading teams is a strong plus.Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment with occasional international travel.Why Join?Join a forward-thinking global organisation where your expertise truly shapes the future of clinical development.
