We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for Dunkin for it’s beverage category`. The incumbent should be resilient, super curious to solve consumer/ category problem and is passionate about learning and testing new things. The incumbent should enjoy the science of consumer behaviour, love numbers & analytics and is ambitious to grow fast with the business. On this orange journey, tonns of food love, fast pace of innovation and working with multistake holders will be added fun. We are looking for mavericks, who are self starters, ardent optimist at heart. They can challenge the status quo, stand tall and inspire people to move with speed. They take experimentation as a large canvas to learn, dream and execute. The role of marketing manager, will stretch the incumbent across the 6P’s of marketing: (i) Product Planning & Innovation (menu planning) (ii) Bringing Alive the Brand Proposition, (iii) Packaging & (iv)Pricing (v)Promo mix planning and landing the innovation at store (Place) to drive category growth and build brand love amongst Dunkin fans. The incumbent will be responsible for (i) Right product and comms brief (ii) GTM of innovation (iii) Hold the category P&L and be the custodian of Integrated brand comms mix, alsong with CMO of Dunkin.Key Responsibilities1. Innovation Project ManagementLead high-stakes, cross-functional projects with NPD and Supply Chain teams to develop concepts for innovation.Run IPM and Stage Gate forums for new product development.Manage end-to-end commercialization of product launches.Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams on project charters.2. Menu Planning & Driving ExcitementDrive quarterly and monthly innovation and renovation calendars.Build business cases for NPDs and own pricing, volume, revenue, and GM delivery.Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to manage indent and sampling plans for NPDs.Ensure monthly product planning (innovation volumes) is aligned with SC and Ops teams.Drive category growth through core offerings and new launches.3. Build Excitement: Brand Comms & PlanningOwn marketing mix elements for in-store activities, new launches, and BAU across channels.Drive promotion mix and communication elements across media and ensure perfect store execution.Work with creative partners to deliver impactful communication for retail branding and big-scale activations.4. Media Amplification & Social Media ContentDrive brand visibility and amplification across channels.Design social media strategy and lead conversations and big-day activations.Leverage influencers, digital platforms, and LSM activities for engagement.5. Brand Audit & Competitive AnalysisConduct monthly competitive and product P&L analysis using internal and external data.Identify gaps in portfolio and pricing strategy and respond quickly to market needs.Perform comprehensive benchmarking across the 4Ps in direct and indirect competitive categories.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsExperience: 7–8 years in FMCG/QSR/Retail, with at least 4+ years in marketing or consumer insights.Analytical Skills: Strong data handling capabilities and a passion for numbers.Action-Oriented: High bias for action and ability to translate insights into execution.Other Skills: Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
