What The Role IsAs a Senior Manager/ Lead Manager, Systems and Projects in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be working on the maintenance and enhancement of MOE’s financial systems and provide support on finance-related matters.What You Will Be Working On Provide support for enhancement and maintenance of systems, including system and security administration, as well as liaison with external agencies and service providers Gather and analyse system requirements from stakeholders and ensure that the vendor’s system enhancements meet the requirements of the HQ and school users Review user acceptance test plans and scenarios based on business requirements and coordinate user acceptance testing activities with stakeholders Support the branch in carrying out finance-related functionsWhat We Are Looking For Relevant training in the areas of IT and system development life cycle with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, including project management Knowledge in managing and supporting finance-related application would be an advantage An analytical and effective team player with a service-oriented mindset and an eye for detail Good communication and interpersonal skillsAs part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
