A reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for Senior Manager/Manager - Brand and Marketing (up to AVP)Key PointsJob Grade: up to AVPJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Grade: up to AVPKey Job Responsibilities:Formulate and execute branding and marketing strategies to strengthen the Bank’s corporate identity and market positioning.Manage all ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities in line with corporate communication guidelines.Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for the development and execution of promotional campaigns.Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and customer touch points.Plan and oversee corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR communications to reinforce brand visibility.Monitor marketing budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer perceptions, and competitive activities.Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management on marketing performance and outcomesJob Location: Head Office, DhakaEducational RequirementsMastersMaster’s in any discipline from any reputed University with no third division in academic records.Experience RequirementsAt least 6 year(s)Additional RequirementsMinimum 6 (six) years’ of working experience in a reputed commercial Bank/Advertisement Agency/MNC/FMCG/Telecom industry in related field.Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:Excellent skills in MS Office.Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.Knowing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
