该职位来源于猎聘 Job SummaryThis position will play a pivotal role in elevating the F&B category for the Hang Lung portfolio.High impact work scope with strong internal visibility.Opportunity to develop a strategy, framework and execution plan across Hang Lung projects and regions. Job DutiesCentrally lead and develop F&B relationships for the Hang Lung portfolio covering Mainland China and Hong Kong.Establish and deliver F&B strategy and framework.Develop and drive key strategic initiatives and programs within Retail and Leasing.Coordinate and lead colleagues as suitable in all the leasing activities including tenant mix management.Deliver reports and analysis as required on the development of key tenants, the tenant mix and the business performance across all trade categoriesAssist in the development and maintenance of the company’s key account and contacts database system by working with the leasing teams and IT functionManage existing and new key accounts for the Group while maintaining business relationships RequirementsPreferably a Master or at least a Bachelor degree.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with proven record in marketing, business development and key account sales managementKnowledge of commercial leasing business development and retail marketing an advantage, with F&B as a focus an advantage.Strong business mindset, excellent presentation and interpersonal skillsWell organized, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritize work under tight schedules.Embracing our values of integrity, sustainability, excellence and openness.
