Our work connects marketing, sales, operations, and tech into one unified system that improves efficiency, performance, cost, and EBITDA. Clients include leading brands in pet wellness and supplements.About the RoleWe’re hiring a marketing operations manager to run performance strategy and execution across channels, vendors, and systems. You’ll work directly under the Head of Operations, bridging strategy with execution, managing campaigns, creative testing, reporting, and vendor performance. We built this role for a hands-on operator who thrives on structure, accountability, and measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and email.Manage and scale paid-media budgets with focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTVTranslate strategy into structured 90-day execution plans in ClickUpCollaborate with leadership on marketing systems, funnels, and creative testingSource and manage vendors and freelancers with clear performance dashboardsBuild and maintain reporting systems and track cross-channel resultsDocument SOPs and streamline workflows for efficiency and marginWork cross-functionally with creative, sales, and operations teamsRequired Qualifications5–7 years of digital-marketing execution experience (eCommerce or CPG)Proven management of large-scale ad budgets with measurable resultsExpertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and KlaviyoStrong analytical and creative balance; understands both data and brandExperience managing vendors, budgets, and reportingProficiency in GA4, Triple Whale, Google Sheets, and ClickUpExcellent written and verbal communicationBased in the Greater Toronto Area and available during EST hoursPreferred QualificationsAgency or consulting backgroundShopify Plus and Amazon PPC experienceExperience with subscription or CPG business modelsStrong creative direction and testing instinctsWhat Success Looks Like30 Days: Onboarded, systems understood, vendor audit complete, early wins delivered 60 Days: Running campaigns independently, improving key metrics, aligning strategy with leadership 90 Days: Full ownership of marketing operations and reporting, vendor costs reduced, systems documented and running cleanWhat We OfferHybrid flexibility (2 days in-person, remainder remote)Performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits packageDirect access to leadership and fast decision-makingGrowth path to Director of Performance & OperationsThis Role May Not Be Suitable If YouPrefer theory over executionNeed constant supervisionLack hands-on platform experienceFocus on hours instead of outcomes
